PAYMENT Payment is in full on receipt of the vehicle, unless arranged previously with Leaders Car Rental. ALCOHOL AND DRUGS All drivers are responsible for any charges incurred for the recovery. of the vehicle resulting in it being confiscated due to the hirer being under the influence of alcohol or drugs. INSURANCE All cars are legally registered and insured for the purpose of renting in Spain. The policy covers damages to third parties only. A collision damage waiver is available for 5 euro per day.
